ASI Global Response Consultants will review an individual’s, family’s or company’s existing security and risk management programs in order to determine its robustness and resilience. When vulnerabilities are identified we will make recommendations as to how best to remedy the situation.

:: Seminars

Seminars are available for both private and corporate clients and in a variety of languages.

These sessions are customized to meet a client’s specific needs. By way of example, the seminar sessions could be used to explain the benefits and additional services available under the client’s insurance policy, or for that matter, what to do should an incident occur.

In the event that the service is being provided for an uninsured client, the seminar content will include a detailed briefing as to the contingencies which an individual, family or organization should consider were an incident to take place.

:: Crisis Management Planning

Crisis Management planning is provided by a team of established consultants who have many years of experience providing such services in both government and private sectors.

In the field of Crisis Management planning, the key to success resides in the ability to be able to conduct a pre-incident review and audit. Such a process allows for the identification of vulnerabilities that could be exploited by a third-party and therefore generates a series of recommendations which could be implemented to mitigate the risk of such exploitation. This process also allows the expert to devise a contingency plan for implementation in the event of such an incident.

The success and effectiveness of this aspect is based largely on the experience of the consultant, which has been acquired from the previous incidents in which they have been involved. The differentiator is knowing what does, and some times more importantly, what does not work. Such a knowledge base is only developed through years of committed service in the field of managing a varying range of crisis situations.
