ASI Global, LLC; a subsidiary of ASI Group, has been retained exclusively by Travelers Insurance to provide emergency response services to their insured clients on a world-wide basis, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days a year. The combined efforts and resources of these established, world class companies provide an unrivaled combination of expertise, depth of capability, experience and value.
Clients of Travelers Insurance are guaranteed immediate attendance by telephone and assistance at the site of an incident, in most countries, by a qualified response consultant, if necessary, no later than 24 hours after notification to our Emergency Operations Center; response time may vary depending on the country and region thereof. ASI Global is able to respond on behalf of private clients and non-insured events but further coordination and contractual arrangements may be required before deployment of response consultants.
