Operational Support

The Operational Service Support Staff within ASI Global K&R Response provide the critical support to ensure Consultants receive the level of support required to allow a case to be managed effectively. The support staff are chosen from a diverse range of professional backgrounds and academic and technical disciplines. They access a global network of databases, investigators, subject matter experts and technicians to provide unmatched support services and resources to field agents and clients.

ASI Global Kidnap & Ransom Response is led and managed by the Director of K&R Response. The personnel forming the core of ASI Global Kidnap & Ransom Response include personnel with expertise in the fields of: Consulting, Training, Investigations, Intelligence Development and Analysis, Special Projects, and Evacuation Management Services.

ASI Global Kidnap & Ransom Response personnel are required to agree to and abide by a Confidentiality Contract prior to being employed in this sensitive area of operations. Clients both insured or uninsured, should feel confident that staff are bound by stringent confidentiality requirements, which are monitored by the senior management within ASI Global Kidnap & Ransom Response. ASI Global Kidnap & Ransom Response is a separate business unit to that of ASI Global and as such, sensitive client information is further safeguarded by limiting the circle of knowledge.
