ASI Global is the exclusively retained response provider for Travelers Insurance. As part of this relationship, the ASI Global team of response consultants is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to respond to all insured events.
The fact that ASI Global consultants are regionally located allows ASI Global to respond quickly to events as opposed to some consultancies that domicile their response consultants in one centralized location. Once ASI Global has been contacted by an insured client, the client will receive immediate telephonic advice to assist them. Following notification, the ASI Global Team Leader or a senior consultant will contact the client and maintain advice and counsel while the ASI Global support team resources the closest consultant and arranges their deployment. While the deployed consultant is traveling to the location of the victim’s family or corporation, the ASI Global Case Manager will stay in constant contact with the victim’s family and/or corporation, providing telephonic advice until the deployed consultant arrives.
Upon arrival, the consultant will work with the Crisis Management Team to develop the appropriate response strategy and create a plan to achieve the objectives of the strategy. ASI Global will then maintain a response consultant with the Crisis Management Team until resolution of the case.
